THE TERMINATOR 3 GAME BOY ADVANCE MUSIC FULL
The issue with T3 was turning that 20 page outline into a full 100+ page screenplay. The overall plot in a rough outline format is great. I.E The events of T2 only postponed Judgment day/Skynet sends one final Terminator back to ensure and (in a bootstrap paradox) bring about/take place in Judgment day/"killing John Connor" is only a teritary goal behind killing his future lutienants and aiding in Judgment day/The protector Terminator was sent back only to get the VIPs (John Connor and his future wife) to a safe place to ride out Judgment Day. If you look at the outline version of T3, the rough sequence of events makes for a great installment in the universe. but if you were going to have a sequel, T3 wasn't all that bad. I still contend that no seqel to T2 is the best sequel, and any attempt inherently ruins the message ("No Fate but what we make for ourselves") of that film. In other words, Skynet was defeated, but it gets replaced by what is essentially a carbon copy called Legion. The ending, in particular, is superb, and the best ending to a Terminator film IMO.ĭark Fate, on the other hand, half-bakes this by saying that you can alter destiny, but then destiny will just reshape itself. Rise of the Machines continued this with Skynet adapting again- this time, they're going to kill John's lieutenants. The previous 2 hinted at this with Sarah getting prepared for the war in T1 and Skynet opting to kill Connor directly through the T-1000. I know T3 has flaws, but I loved that it explored the concept of destiny being this inevitable thing. That's a legitimate criticism, but it overlooks the other glaring flaws that I feel Dark Fate had that T3 didn't. Now obviously it's easy to rag on the fact that they killed off John Connor and replaced him with a new protagonist. I was thinking about this topic when I caught a video that went into depth about why someone felt Terminator 3 was better than Dark Fate in terms of following-up Terminator 2.
